MUSHROOM (2008)

Strange mushroom: grown on burns, cuts, wounds, scars... appearing on the furniture dear to me...... it masks them but does not restore them, does not erase the signs of time and life... instead it creates a positive, selective oblivion and aware: the wound is there and I can observe it when I feel the need... it is a wound full of memories, and it is the nourishment of the new dear mushroom that without it would never have been born.
